Where AI belongs in real estate, and where it should stay out

Before BlastAsia, I spent years in real estate, and the AI conversation in this industry right now is almost entirely about the chatbot on the listing page. That's not where it actually matters.

The decisions I watched cause real problems on the ground were never "can a bot answer a price question". They were:

- Is this rent renewal actually within the legal cap? - Does this referral commission belong to the agent disputing it? - Can this parcel's title actually be verified?

Those are the decisions AI should stay out of, or only touch in a way that's fully disclosed and auditable.

That's the split built into the real estate systems in Xamun's OS Series. Worth thinking through if you're evaluating AI for your own operation and aren't sure where it belongs.
